No benchmark, but on a gigabit network, during a time machine restore
it was usually zipping along at 47 Mbyte/sec (i.e. 470 Mbit/sec) and
bursting up to 92 Mbyte/sec at least once. These were 4 x Barracuda  
7200.12 1TB
hard drives.

So there's a rough sequential read data point for you.
