The ADSL2MUE will do ADSL2+ /providing/ you have the 5V 2A PSU and the latest 
firmware. If you have the 1A PSU of the early models, there just isn't enough 
juice and the connection drops all the time if you can even get it to sync in 
the first place. In fact, a friend has had the dropped connection issues on 
ADSL1 with the weaker PSU. Luckily, I found a glut of 5V 2A PSUs on FleaBay 
(wrong barrel plug, naturally, but a trip to Maplin sorted that) which solved 
that issue nicely.
