For my money it's NOD32 (http://www.eset.com/). I don't have experience
of the FreeBSD version, but I have run the Windows lcient side on a lot of
machines and it is excellent. Current setup is to have NOD32 on all
the clients and use clamav on the incomming email to get rid of most of
the initial junk.
