Bind9 has stored it's settings in /etc instead of /usr/local/etc

Thats a bit odd - did it stick them in /etc/namedb or actually
in /etc b? If it's the former then I imagien that is because it
is trying to be compatible with the bind which is shipped as
part of the OS.
