cvsup takes too long?

Note that cvsup.uk == cvsup3.uk, and cvsup2.uk == cvsup4.uk!

cvsup3.uk.freebsd.org is an alias for cvsup.uk.freebsd.org.
cvsup4.uk.freebsd.org is an alias for cvsup2.uk.freebsd.org.
