I installed jdk 1.4 from ports yesterday and left it compiling overnight.
It seems to have gone OK and java -version gives an output.

The problem is that when I try to start a java application I get
Jre: not found

I'm guessing it's a path problem but which path?

As this is my first attempt using Java on FreeBSD any help would be
appreciated. This is a server and does not run X

Regards
Kevin
