Bootable images are downloadable from
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES/
If you have a decent connection. Please use a local mirror rather than the
main site link I've used above.
If you leave the compilation open you can add your file. I think something
like ISOBuster will allow you to add to the ISO image as well, but I'm not
really up on as these new fangled things that run under Bill's great
operating system :P

Subject: Re: Freebsd-users digest, Vol 1 #1722 - 2 msgs

I would like to send a Free BSD CD to a friend with a copy of system.twmrc
(basically a text file) added. I can burn a copy of a BSD CD ROM OK but that
won't allow system.twmrc to be added. When I take the contents and burn them
the CD is not bootable. When I try to create a bootable CD in Nero it asks
for a boot floppy, but I am unclear which files need to come off the CD onto
the boot floppy.

Is there an easy way to burn a bootable disk add system.twmrc in during the
process

Regards

Yes it is as far as I can see. The BIOS doesn't say much bu t I installed
linux and the hard disk shows up as hda and the cdrom is hdc.
