Hi James,

Looks like you've exercised a bug of some description. Assuming that
it's not a showstopper, what I'd do in your position is wait for
5.3-RELEASE (due anytime soon), cvsup and rebuild. Or if you don't want
to wait for the release, cvsup to 5.3RC2, which will certainly be more
solid than 5.1
