it certainly does take upwards of 5hrs on my p3 ;)  it was more like half a 
day, so i tend to do it as an overnight job when i'm not using the pc or the 
cpu.

i guess you'll know by now if its worked or not.

OK i think i can say it isnt working then....  as this morning its still on that same bit of text.....

so i will have a recheck on things just to make sure i havnt missed something...

also on the mail server question, i have found another good mail server that doesnt require java, but it isnt free its called: communigate (www.stalker.com/) does anyone know of something like this that is free though ?

i would like to have one big program that does everything for me.. as smaller ones are harder for me...
