Strange kernel messages?

This is puzzling from your setup. It is implying that both the cards
00:c0:4f:26:a8:83 and 00:08:c7:3b:67:93 have IP address 10.0.0.100

But you describe the system like this:

If thats true then the 10.0.0.100 should always be on the same ether
address. I wouldnt just ignore these if I were you, I would go and check
what is going on with that card.
