Remote Backup Question

Hi List,

I would like to know if there is a good way of backing up multiple =
servers
remotely ?

Let me explain:

I have SSH access, if that helps, to 4 servers remotely of which I would
like to backup to my local system.

I have no idea where to start so I ask if this is possible and where or =
what
to use for this.
