shouldnt have any problems using it, if you use the ethernet connection.
if you've got a NTL badged c.modem (Ambit rebadged jobby)
goto your browser & put 192.168.100.1
username root
password root
you can specify ethernet type & some other stuff.
if you change the username & password it will be reset to the one specified
above as NTL have a tendency of remotely flashing the modems (usually
resulting is failed attempts cause theyre trying to flash with a older
version which results in a loss of conectivity for a few minutes :S )
