Is it really spam though when:

- It's related to the area the mailing list concerns itself (he wasn't 
looking for sales people)

- It's a job/company offer, not a sales offer

- Most of the recipients are likely candidates for being interested

Curious question really - what fundamentally is spam? One man's spam is 
another's ham with stuff like this.

Although it might have been better if he'd just posted to a URL with 
something more concrete and detailed...
