Why do you boot a windows 98 floppy to repartition ?

The FreeBSD installer can do that for you, it will not allow you to
resize your NTFS partition, but as you want to reinstall/wipe the
windows anyway, that's not a problem.

So just boot your FreeBSD floppy/CD
