Meeting Start Time

My Train gets in at 12:40ish so a start time around 1:30ish would suit me. I
can check-in to my hotel and wonder round to the pub

When I checked the archives the other day, the time 7:30pm was proposed. 
However, I'm likely to be early. In fact, I might be in Cardiff 
mid-afternoon.
