weird kernel messages, please help.

I'm using fbsd 4.7-R, and APM is disabled in the bios, also apmd is disabled from rc.conf.

Though my kernel is using:
device          apm0    at nexus? disable flags 0x20

Maybe if i disable that device from the kernel, then those messages will go away?
