We run UFS1 on PERC2/Si at SPC.org. I don't imagine that splitting the
space you have across volume sets (I assume you're going to do RAID-5
with parity on one platter and data across the other three) should cause
you any problems in this case as you're letting the AAC device do
the thinking on this area.

The space would appear in this instance as three separate AAC disk devices.
You may find the sysutils/aaccli port I committed 2 months ago useful
for managing the array.

I haven't followed UFS2 discussions closely, most of the chattering on lists
seems to have concerned GEOM.
