Point taken, I'd never suggest being rude, but in the case of forgery,
you need to point out that this is a form of identity theft, and may
carry consequences for the ISP as well as the spammer if they are
facilitating that. IPOF, the poor admins who have to deal with
unscrupulous customers get all my sympathy, but I wouldn't want them to
use that as an excuse for inaction!
