I'm not quite sure how you're doing your PGP stuff; you appear to have
included a part of your email encrypted to key id A7DCA1F2, which I
can't find on wwwkeys.uk.pgp.net. Even if I could I doubt I could
decrypt it. Do you perhaps means to clearsign your emails rather than
encrypting something at the end? Can I also suggest you upload your
public key to the keyservers? Something like:
gpg --keyserver wwwkeys.uk.pgp.net --send-key A7DCA1F2
should do the trick assuming you're using gpg, though given your mail
was sent with Outlook I guess you're probably not.
Encrypting (as opposed to signing) mail to a public list is rarely
appropriate.
