You might want to consider joining one of the "umbrella" contract
agencies that take care of tax, vat etc. on your behalf - if you don't
already have an accountant who is specialist in this field.

You also need to make sure the contract takes into account "IR35".

Google for "IR35" and "specimen contract" gives some useful results.  Look
in the sponsored links too.

(Perhaps suprisingly) there is usually nothing in these contracts that is
specific to the job in hand, about what is expected and what you will
actually be doing.  They usually just have a paragraph saying that you
will do whatever work you are asked.
