Intel 21143 various workalikes - dc(1)
Intel EtherExpress Pro/100 - fxp(4)(already mentioned above)

[10/UTP/BNC]
NE2000 - ed(4)
3Com5x9 - ep(4)
there should be some more like rtl8029 and others, a few kingston cards
also.

No problems with those..

rtl8139  is like a software modem ;) 
anyways it would do the job.
