That's when you can disconnect the client from the IMAP server, read
messages, delete them, shuffle them from folder to folder, and then
connect back to the IMAP server and all the changes that have been made
on the client, and all the changes that have been made on the server
(e.g., new messages coming in and being filtered in to different
folders) are synchronised properly.
