Note that APM is compiled into the the GENERIC kernel, but disabled by
default, so if one is running a GENERIC kernel, or one that is derived
from GENERIC, sticking

	userconfig_script_load="YES"

into /boot/loader.conf, and

	enable apm

into /boot/kernel.conf will probably be sufficent to get you going. In the
absence of kernel support for APM, "shutdown -p" behaves the same as
"shutdown -h".
