Those are pages served off a different (the old box) server to
ukug.uk.freebsd.org (which is storm.uk.freebsd.org). Storm is
currently down. Some work has been done on the pages by Joe since
they moved.

In which case, you'll want to read the headers list messages, and
extract the URL:
  http://listserver.uk.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-users
which wont tell you as that information is restricted and unavailable to
the masses.  You wouldn't find that info on ukug.uk.freebsd.org anyway .
