Um.  Please don't set PACKAGESITE to that.  I'm going to pull
those packages so people don't use old and outdated versions.
Try something like:

ftp://ftp9.FreeBSD.org/pub/os/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-4-stable/Latest/
