	First install portupgrade and read man:
	cd /usr/ports/sysutils/portupgrade && make install
	man portupgrade

	pkgdb -F	(rebuild the database of packages)
	pkg_version -v | grep -v =	(see the packages that need updating)
	portupgrade $PACKAGE	or 	portupgrade -a

	With portupgrade $PACK you'll get the updating of a concrete package;
	with portupgrade -a, portupgrade will try to update all the ports that
	need to be updated. (portupgrade uses 'make', not pkg_add)

	P.S.- Don't forget update the /usr/ports directory with cvsup ;-)
