Modem for FreeBSD.

There's no support for those winmodems under freebsd at the moment
although there is the beginnings of a linux driver for it at:
http://www.mbsi.ca/cnxtlindrv/

Hopefully they'll get ported to freebsd eventually and I can use my
laptops modem :)
