Very happy with PCI Case for 1U cases here. Bit slow at replying to
email, but very helpful on the phone. Last time I checked they only sold
to companies though, not private individuals.

One thing to remember with 1U cases: make sure you get the CPU fan from
them as well; many places don't stock suitable low profile fans. Other
than that most standard PC stuff fits in them (I've have good
experiences with Intel i810 based motherboards and also know people who
are happy with the cheap SiS integrated offerings).
