VPN thru NAT

Hello all,

Be gentle with me i am new to FreeBSD (and unix in general) and still
learning stuff everyday.

The problem:
I have a FreeBSD router at home running NAT on a Telewest cable modem. I
need to be able to VPN thru the router to work via a workstation behind the
router. It is my understanding that i have to do something with IPSec on the
BSD router so that the packet headers are recognised properly and sent to
the right machines (in both directions).

If anyone has any experience or knows where i can get the information to get
around my problem i would be grateful.

cheers

Lee
