Of the whole website, no (although I could probably generate one if
that's what you really want).

However, all the documentation (FAQ, Handbook, and so on) are all
available from ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/doc/ in a wide variety
of formats (HTML, PDF, RTF, plain text, ...).
