Student Fee for BSDCon EU

Hey,

I've read about the student charge for EU BSDCon being set at £75 which is 
great because I wasn't going to be able to go otherwise. Just to ask - once I 
have my signed document of some sort (would a scanned college ID do - I'm 
geussing no, but thought I'd enquire) to whom do I send it?
