AOL and BSD

If your going to be using the connection a lot a digital connection would
probably improve your quality of life considerably.
Is Cable or DSL out of the question? They all work with FreeBSD out of the
box and you don't have the pain of a 56k modem - I used many ISPs for dial
up and to be honest they were all rubbish, my ADSL line isn't perfect but
its a good deal better.
If that isn't an option I'd choose Freeserve to avoid AOL.
