Backup software

Can anyone tell me of freeware/shareware backup software that will work
with a FreeBSD/Samba network. We have a single freeBSD server, Nokia
wireless/cable 10Mb/sec network and about 20 PCs in various premises.
Ideally I would like to be able to synchronise files for people working
from  different PCs or laptop, as well as backup just new/changed files. 

FreeBSD hasn't missed a beat yet in about 18 months!
