An example is the Ramada Jarvis Brighton, a 3* Marriott chain hotel,
offering a room rate of GBP 59.98 "SUPERSAVER RATE" - no breakfast.
It's 1km along the front from the conference hotel.  I gather there isn't
that much availability left now.  I actually booked it from their website:
