Surftime Friendly ISP's for analogue and isdn (Was: PPP ISDN Dual Channel Issues. [LONG])

I thought demon was the only ISP to not take surfport from bt and have all surftime calls routed to their network and onto their own nas's. Surfport uses bt's own nas's and only supported single channel (demon will do 2 if you are lucky) and has a 2 hour cut off.
