cvs commit: src/sys/dev/usb ulpt.c (was: Re: USB printer.)

You should be able to pull that across with all the other changes.

I was planning on MFCing, but anyone else who feels they could do that
for me, feel free. Just drop me a diff before you do it, so I can have a
quick look whether everything that is needed goes across.
