Not wanting to fuel the potential 'me too!' debate, I'm in a similar
situation. You may want to send an email to sales at bsdi.com with your
customer number and details. My credit card has been debited, alas no CD
set through the mail yet. It's not really the same using a gold CD of an
.iso image :( They're normally very good -- been a subscriber for two years
nearly, no problems so far.
