So could you not share the PPro's /usr/src and /usr/obj/ directories via
NFS. Mount them into indentical places on every other machine on your
network and just do a make installworld?

Yeah, you may find that a lot easier. I've never used snapshots. Somehow
they seem to ruin all the fun! :-)
