mutt build error

It is possible the mutt port was missed when all the ports
got converted to the new port format recently.

The best option is to get the new ports tree, or just to get
the new port files for mutt.

Just to explain what happened, the ports directory was slightly
flattened out.

So, for each port, instead of having
  Makefile
  patches/patch-aa
  files/md5
  pkg/descr
  pkg/plist
  pkg/comments

we now have
  Mailefile
  distinfo
  pkg-descr
  pkg-comments
  pkg-plist
  files/patch-aa
