Using the -redirect_port option to natd. Either on the command line,
-or- thru the natd_flags variable in /etc/rc.conf -or- in a config file
read using the -f option. See man natd(8) for the details. Eg. 

    -redirect_port 192.168.1.3:3389 3389

Oh, and make your firewall unrestrictive while you're trying to get this
going.
