No route to host

Dear all

Can anyone tell what "No route to host" means??

Basically i got a machine called Dirty which i am trying to add to my 
network and i try to ftp to another machine called Harry adn it returns a 
error message "No route to host".  But with my other machines like Harry 
can ftp to Dggystyle, the only problem is that Dirty can't, but Dirty is 
configured the same and Harry and Doggystyle.

Yeah so can anyone help me.  I have look everywhere
