If you installed from CD, and you have the CD around, you can recover

    /usr/bin
    /usr/compat
    /usr/include

from the CD.  You can mount the CD ("mount /cdrom"), and then use the
install.sh scripts in the appropriate directories to reinstall the data.

The contents of /usr/home are gone for good.  Restore from your last
backup.
