Xwrapper / window managers problems

Yes - it's one of those old Xwrapper questions. Sorry!

I tried this on the XFree86 newbie list, but there seems to be more
intelligent people subscribed here.  Of course, flattery will get you
everywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.
