DNS problems with telnet/ftp/whois

Nope - only thing there is a reference to localhost

Looking at every using port 53 on the ppp interface 'tun0', I get nothing
whatsoever when I try and use telnet/ftp/whois. However, Ping gives:

cuthbert# tcpdump -vv -i tun0 port 53
tcpdump: listening on tun0
