Cheap-ish SCSI card for CD-RW?

Hi again,
Well, it looks like ATAPI CD-RW drives and FreeBSD might not be the best of
friends just yet, so I might have to cough up a bit extra and go for SCSI.
Any recommended cheap-n-cheerful SCSI adapters, preferably available online?
I doubt I'll ever be attaching any disks to it, so budget price would be more
important than kick-ass performance :-) Dabs have an Advansys-based Iwill
card (the 2936UW) for around £50, which seems like a good deal. I'm guessing
that will work with FreeBSD by virtue of the Advansys chipset -- anyone know
different?
All advice gratefully received -- the last time I used SCSI was on my Amiga,
which barfed if you tried to hang more than one drive off it :-(
TIA,
Scott
