Strange. Just did this myself yesterday! (FreeBSD 4 Stable).

Software: ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp/dhcp-2.0pl5.tar.gz
Info: http://www.isc.org/products/DHCP/

Everything else I needed was in the docs / man pages after unpacking /
installing.

Works a treat, too!
