GRE tunnel setup! help please

hi I  am trying to setup a gre tunnel using OpenBSD but apparently I am doing something 

all I have been given is the virtual ip address of for the tunnel in our end is , and the other end is

that is the output I have after setting; but I can not ping any of the addresses?

Any body can help?
OUTPUT FROM ifconfig for the tunnel :

        tunnelend# ifconfig gre0
