The Moat House is a little bit out of Oxford, a mile or two. There are a
couple of pubs close by, which is where I thought of going to, at least
initially. I think there'll be lots of informal discussion taking place
in the evening so we need to pick a pub that's reasonably quite, but it
will be a Saturday night so in the centre that might not be so easy
(though it was a Saturday last time as well).

The Indian restaurants are on the Moat House side of Oxford but it's
still a good mile if not more to them. The pubs close to the hotel have
proper restaurants, it's possible we could book them out for the
evening.

Personally, I'm more interested in staying in the pub than I am walking
for 1/2 hour to get to a restaurant but I'm happy to do whatever the
concensus is. How late would people want to eat? Are most people
planning on staying over and having a late night or is there a
significant group who would rather eat earlier so they can get home that
night.
