X windows problem

I run xdm, which can be enabled by editing /etc/ttys
and changing the line
ttyv8 "/usr/X11R6/bin/xdm -nodaemon" xterm off secure
to
ttyv8 "/usr/X11R6/bin/xdm -nodaemon" xterm on secure

and then kill -HUP 1 which will restart init. Init uses
/etc/tty to determine which processes to start.

Cheers, Roger
