Mail configuration

I created my one sendmail.cf, but with that configuration I had no problems
for about 6 months now. The thing is, mails created locally get delivered
without any problems.
It is only the mails that get fetched via fetchmail that get "lost". So my
guess is that this is a fetchmail problem.
